The implantable loop recorder (LR) is an important tool, in selected cases. AIM To describe the main implantation indications LR to evaluate findings therapeutic interventions. METHODS A retrospective study patients (pts) that underwent our hospital from 2014 2019. RESULTS total 52 pts included, 56% women, with mean age 60 years old. recurrent syncope/ presyncope 47 (90%) 5 (10%). All had echocardiogram electrocardiogram, 90% sinus rhythm.
